British Grand Prix 2009

 

20th and 21st June 2009

 

We are currently taking bookings for the 2009 British Grand Prix.

Number of nights stay

Number of adults

Number of children under 10 yrs old

What you will be camping in - tent/caravan/motorhome

 

You will then receive a written confirmation for your booking.

Prices for 2009 British Grand Prix

 

Cash Only

Minimum 2 nights stay

 

Tent (2 people) including a car - £35 per night

 

Caravan (2 people) including a car - £45 per night

 

Motorhome (2 people) - £50 per night

 

Additional adults are £5 per night

Children under 10 are free

Additional cars are £10 per day

 

Parking for non-campers - £10 per day

 

Amenities for Grand Prix Weekend

We hope to improve on the success of 2008.

 

As in 2008 we will be keeping the site on the quiet side, we will not be encouraging wild parties.

 

We will be making Hamilton Fields Campsite even better for 2009.  We hope to be able to provide a food marquee where campers can sit at a table to eat in the warm and dry.  We also hope to provide similar entertainment for the Friday and Saturday nights.

 

  • Staff will be on hand 24/7 from the Wednesday before the Grand Prix until the Monday after.

 

  • Mains supplied drinking water (as passed by the local environmental health).

 

  • An on-site shop selling those essentials; Milk, Bread, Eggs, Bacon, Bottled Water, Cans of soft drink etc.

 

  • Catering Van selling hot and cold food, take away baguettes will be available.

 

  • Bar a licensed bar will be open.

 

  • Regularly cleaned toilets.

 

  • Hot showers.

 

Please note these amenities are for the Grand Prix only.  Please ask for facilities provided for other events.

 

 

 

Notes

We have a few simple rules to help ensure everyone's stay is an enjoyable experience as possible.

  • This is a quiet and friendly campsite and we are determined to keep it that way.

 

  • Generators and BBQ's welcome.

 

  • NO FIREWORKS. Anyone found in possession of fireworks will be immediately escorted off the site.

 

  • No Campfires.

 

  • No dogs allowed.

 

  • We will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury to property and persons etc during your stay at Hamilton Fields.

 

  • We may take pictures for publicity purposes.

 

  • It is assumed that when you book with us you have read, understood and agree with these notes.
