British Grand Prix 11 July 2010

We will be open for the British Grand Prix 2010 at Silverstone for camping from Wednesday 7^th July until Monday 12^th July; there is no minimum period of stay

Tents - £35 per night including 2 people and a car
Caravans - £45 per night including 2 people and a car
Motor homes - £45 per night including 2 people

Additional cars - £10 per night
Additional people - £10 per night


£70 minimum booking fee

No extra charge for awnings and gazebos

Payment due on arrival (Cash only please)

Amenities for the British Grand Prix

We are an independently family run campsite with facilities that will include:

 

	Staff will be on hand 24/7 from the Wednesday before the Grand Prix until the Monday after.
	Mains supplied drinking water (as passed by the local environmental health).
	Hot showers
	Regularly cleaned toilets
	Licensed bar
	Catering Marquee selling a variety of delicious hot food and BBQ. Breakfast 6am to 8.30am (Sunday 5.30am to 8.30am). > Evening meals 5pm to 8.30pm. BBQ: All lunchtimes & 8.30pm to 11pm.
	Evening entertainment
	Security staff on site
	An on-site shop selling Bacon, Eggs, Bread, Filled Rolls, Canned Drinks, Water, Crisps, Chocolate Bars, Milk and Newspapers.
	TV screen replaying practice & qualifying
	On Saturday Evening there will be a Hog Roast by Robbies Hog Roast.
	Sunday Evening Grand Prix and world cup final party.

Notes

We have a few simple rules to help ensure everyone's stay at our campsite is an enjoyable experience as possible.

• This is a quiet and friendly campsite and we are determined to keep it that way.

• Generators and BBQ's welcome.

• Generators and Music to be off by Midnight.

• NO FIREWORKS. Anyone found in possession of fireworks will be immediately escorted off the campsite.

• If anyone is found causing deliberate disturbance or disruption to others during their stay at Hamilton Fields Campsite they will be immediately escorted off the campsite.

• No Campfires.

• No dogs allowed.

• We will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury to property and persons etc during your stay at Hamilton Fields Campsite.

• We may take pictures for publicity purposes.

• Any complaints must be made to the management during your stay or must be put in writing.

• Amenities may be changed at the discretion of Hamilton Fields Campsite.

• It is assumed that when you book with us you have read, understood and agree with these notes.
