FAQ's

What do we need when we arrive at Hamilton Fields?

Make sure you have your confirmation/ticket ready when you arrive. We will scan the bar code on the confirmation/ticket. If there are additional people in your group arriving at a different time, please ensure they have the confirmation/ticket also.

If I need to make changes to my booking, am I able to do so?

You are able to make changes to your booking. Just email across the amendments and a reply will confirm the changes made. If the amendments change the original cost of the pitch then this will be outlined in the confirmation email.

If I leave early, am I eligible for a refund?

Once you are booked in and on site we don’t give refunds if you have to depart early.

If I cancel my booking or leave early due to the weather, am I able to get a refund?

The only circumstance in which a refund might be issued is if we have to cancel your booking due to the conditions of the campsite not being suitable.
